Magdalena Casanova Jaramillo is a Chilean attorney with 18 years of legal experience and a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in Public Law from the University of Chile. She has dedicated the majority of her career to the Chilean judiciary, serving as a criminal court judge for 15 years, with a strong focus on criminal law and international human rights law.
